Short bio of Larry Prester:
"I grew up in Schaumburg Illinois; graduated in 1979 from Schaumburg High. Had a rock column in the school newspaper and started to go to school for photo journalism but never finished. Was in a local band from 78 to 81 and played a lot of the current rock music of the time. My cousin gave me my first 35mm camera and motivated me to start shooting concerts . He was a Flipside concert promoters photographer and I worked at one of their chain stores for a while in high school. I am married with two kids who grew up loving music and going to some pretty cool concerts with us."
